Hillfarm Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil is the only oil that a chef needs in the kitchen. It covers all uses - with its delicate nutty flavour and buttery texture making it a great carrier of other flavours in dressings and marinades. Thanks to its high smoke point, it is a great oil for cooking with as it does not burn below 220°C - unlike many other oils.
Hillfarm Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil, compared to other oils, is a very healthy oil (see label) due to its low level of saturated fat, its high content of vitamin E and because it is rich in the three Omega’s.
Hillfarm Oils is produced in East Anglia from rapeseed crops that carefully grown in harmony with nature and pollinated by the Hillfarm bee’s. The oil is pressed in Hillfarm’s solar powered barn and packed into a plastic bottle that is made from increasing amounts of recycled plastic. We do ask that when finished, you put your empty bottle into your recycling bin so that it can be used to make your next bottle – our aim is for the bottle to be made from 100% recycled plastic.
